• Sellers' compliance with applicable law when selling items;
• Direct or indirect losses arising from transactions between users;
• Technical outages or service interruptions;
• Actions of third parties who obtained your contact details from published listings.

The Platform is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties. Baraholka Cool does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site, that the Platform meets your specific requirements, or that user-submitted content is free of malware. All responsibility for use of the Platform and entering into transactions rests with the user. We strongly recommend inspecting items before payment and meeting in safe public places.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes relating to use of the Platform shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction over Baraholka Cool's registered address.
